Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition is conducted by Dalyellup Shopping Centre.

The competition starts on Friday 18th of January 2025 12:00am and ends on Sunday

2nd February 2025 11:59pm. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of Dalyellup Shopping Centre, participating retailers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • Spend $20.00 or more in a single transaction at ANY retailer within Dalyellup Shopping Centre during the competition period.

  • Eligible stores: Woolworths, BWS, Red Dot, Bakers Delight, Dayyellup News and Lotteries, Dominos, Dalyellup Pharmacy, Dalyellup Chinese Restaurant, Happy Nails, 5 Seasons Cafe, Tribeca Hair and Beauty, Sushi Cockatoo, Eyes at Optometry Dalyellup, Smokemark and Giftbox, Dalyellup Technology, JK Barbers.

  • When a winner is selected, they will be asked to show proof of purchase for a transaction above $20.00 between the competition period.

  • Retain your original receipt as proof of purchase.

  • If you do not have a receipt, a bank statement with correct date and store name is also acceptable.

  • Submit your entry by completing the online competition form available at www.dalyellupshoppingcentre/summer-spend-and-win.com.au

  • Participants can enter as many times as they wish.

  • One (1) winner will receive a hamper basket valued between $500-$650 consisting of a variety of items from Dalyellup Shopping Centre stores.

  • Vouchers included are subject to individual retailer terms and conditions and must be used before their expiry dates.

  • The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries on Monday 3rd February 2025.

  • The winner will be notified via phone within 48 hours.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will be conducted.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

  • By providing your email you agree to receive marketing communications from Dalyellup Shopping Centre.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
